Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Our aim is to get your order to you as safely & quickly as possible & we use selected couriers to track & trace your delivery.

Delivery within Ireland is €6.20 with An Post.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. Return your item(s) with receipt/packing slip and we will process your refund (less delivery charge). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Terms & conditions:

  • Items must be returned & received within 14 days of purchase

  • Items must be in original condition no tags removed & no odours on the item (perfume, smoke, deodorant, washing detergent, etc)

  • Please state reason for return

  • If you request an exchange please clearly state this & we will contact you to pay for P&P of replacement item

  • The responsibly of the goods is with the customer until we receive it back

  • We do not cover the cost of returning the goods

  • Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method

  • We will issue a refund within 2 days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by the bank

  • Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at boutiquekatiefitz@gmail.com
